WWW.ARVDSTORE.COM ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. Due to the personalized nature of most products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you. Rest assured, we make all possible efforts to deliver your product at the earliest.

Each product sold on ARVDSTORE.COM has a different delivery time. Delivery time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse and does not include courier transit time.
For orders with multiple products, items may be shipped together or in parts depending on availability. You will be informed via email if your order is shipped in parts.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
While we work closely with courier partners, ARVDSTORE.COM is not responsible for delays caused due to natural disasters, strikes, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the personalized nature of most products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please email us at ARVDPRODUCTS@GMAIL.COM. We will try our best to assist if production has not started.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, as well as the personalized nature of most products, ARVDSTORE.COM follows a strict no return or exchange policy.
If there is a genuine case for exchange of a non-personalized product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ARVDPRODUCTS@GMAIL.COM. Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If an exchange is approved, the customer must courier the product to our office within 3 working days in its original packaging. Once received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days.
If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund or discount coupon will be issued within 7 working days.
There will be no cash refunds for COD orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 3 working days of delivery with clear images of the damage at ARVDPRODUCTS@GMAIL.COM. After verification, a replacement will be dispatched within 12 working days or a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
